Read a charger's active power

Active import power the charger reported, in kW, newest first. date_from is inclusive and date_to exclusive. Returns at most limit readings with no next page: move the date window to read older ones.

Only readings at or after this time (inclusive). Timezone required.

Maximum readings (default 50, max 200).
