Activate a token group

PROVISIONED members are activated and SUSPENDED ones reactivated, and pushed to partners with valid: true. Revoked members stay invalid.

Bearer authentication of the form Bearer <token>, where token is your auth token.

A unique key you choose for this call, e.g. a UUID. Retrying with the same key returns the first result instead of acting twice.

The group after activate, with the members that could not be changed.
