Resolve a charger's route

own: your OCPP charger, commanded through ocpp-gateway. roaming: a partner CPO, commanded over OCPI in ocpi_version. For support and debugging; sending a command (POST /emsp/commands/{authorization_reference}/{command}) resolves by itself.
