Cluster partner locations for a map (deprecated)

Deprecated: use GET /emsp/locations/map. Kept for one minor version. Groups locations into grid cells sized for the zoom level. A cell lists its location ids when it holds 20 or fewer.

Only locations this network reaches. Not together with token_group_id.

token_group_idinteger or nullOptional>=1

Only locations the group’s networks reach. Not together with network_id.

bounding_boxstring or nullOptionalformat: "^-?\d+(\.\d+)?(,-?\d+(\.\d+)?){3}$"

Only locations inside min_lon,min_lat,max_lon,max_lat (WGS84).
