# Update part of a token (e.g. block it)

PATCH https://api.ocpplab.io/ocpi/emsp/{version}/tokens/{token_uid}
Content-Type: application/json

Applies a partial OCPI Token to a stored token, for example ``valid=false`` to block it; include ``last_updated``. Pass ``push_to_partner_id`` to also push it to that partner right away.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

### Path parameters

- `version` (enum, required) — OCPI version: ``211`` (2.1.1), ``221`` (2.2.1) or ``230`` (2.3.0).
  - Allowed values: `211`, `221`, `230`
- `token_uid` (string, required)

### Query parameters

- `type` (string, optional, nullable)
- `push_to_partner_id` (integer, optional, nullable) — Also push the written object to this roaming partner right away.

This endpoint expects a map from string to any.

### ValidationError

Why one field is invalid.

- `type` (string, required) — Machine-readable error code, e.g. ``missing``.
- `input` (any, optional) — The value that was sent.
