# Estimate the price of a session

POST https://api.ocpplab.io/emsp/tariffs/estimate
Content-Type: application/json

Prices a session on one connector from its tariff: energy, time, flat fee and parking lines, totals with and without VAT, and display strings.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

This endpoint expects an EstimateRequest.

- `location` (LocationKeyInput, required) — OCPI key of one location.
- `evse_uid` (string, required)
- `connector_id` (string, required)
- `start_at` (datetime, optional, nullable)
- `kwh` (EstimateRequestKwh, optional, nullable)
- `minutes` (EstimateRequestMinutes, optional, nullable)

Price lines, totals and display strings.

## Errors

### 400 Bad Request Error

The connector has no tariff

### 401 Unauthorized Error

Missing or invalid Bearer token

Connector not found for your organization

The request does not match the schema

Gateway rate limit reached; retry after the given seconds
